kali, is my favorite of all Hindu gods. she is the creator and destroyer. shiva worships her. i have been thinking about her a lot. also i have been wondering about yogi bear. why? because i am living at a yoga retreat in the Berkshire mountains surrounded by 8,000 bears. and wondering if there is a connection.

"Neurosenthetically"
:Neurasthenia is a psycho-pathological term first used by George Miller Beard[1] in 1869 to denote a condition with symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, headache, neuralgia and depressed mood.[footnotes 1][citation needed] It is currently a diagnosis in the World Health Organisation's International Classification of Diseases (and in the Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders, translated as 神经衰弱). However, it is no longer included as a diagnosis in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurasthenia
Americans were supposed to be particularly prone to neurasthenia, which resulted in the nickname "Americanitis"[2] (popularized by William James). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurasthenia

I have a new hero: Ivan Pisarenko
http://ivanpisarenko.com/
I am a restless soul, grappling to find a balance between 21st century pressures and realities inside me. Probably why I spend so much time on my yoga mat. Well this fellow Ivan is my restless soul hero.
