I loved living in community. It changed my life, now I live in Austin Texas, and even though its nearly november, we are wearing shorts and all our window are open.

chakra & Aurora Borealis

lately I have been thinking about energy and colors associated with energy, the aura of a person, the Aurora Borealis in the northern skies and our intern chakras..its connected. this is my intuition kicking in, but i plan to research this in more depth,

kali, is my favorite of all Hindu gods. she is the creator and destroyer. shiva worships her. i have been thinking about her a lot. also i have been wondering about yogi bear. why? because i am living at a yoga retreat in the Berkshire mountains surrounded by 8,000 bears. and wondering if there is a connection.

kings of convenience

I discovered kings of convenience a few years ago on a van stereo, when flying out of Regan in dc, I was picked up by an airport shuttle service and the driver had just spent the last few days going to see their shows and such.  he insisted I take some with me. I did, and I have loved loved this band every since. seriously.
